all you have to do is give rocketdock admin rights and turn read only off on kk folder.worked for me

I repeat what DmitryLitvin said above, it's not a replacement to the "original" one. Mod means Modified Version, it doesn't work as a separate docklet but it becomes a part of the KKmenu docklet. The author above has tried to improve the docklet for the final user's ease-of-use, to fix some problems and to add his own experience to KKmenu. KKmenu + the Dmitry's Mod work well on my PC. Love the Kk Menu & Mod on my XP Puter @ work, not so much on my Vista Puter @ Home.
