My dock RATE-COMMENT.

INSTALL:

1. put it in "C:/Program Files/RocketDock/skins" (default)

2. right click on the dock, click on "Dock-Settings" and then "Style" and select "red transperant", done.

I think you must fix the margins but nice. Icons are too near the front.
