HOW TO INSTALL THE SKIN:
- Unzip the file
- Copy "win_7_taskbar" folder to Your RocketDock skin directory
- Right click on Your Dock -> Dock Settings -> Style -> Select "win_7_taskbar" from the dropdown menu
- Click OK
