This is Andoru's leopard skin blackened. Personally I feel it looks better.

@olaolu In the zip is a folder move that folder to the skins folder on rocketdock, for vista it is
C:\programfiles\rocketdock\skins
I don't know what it is for xp
Then just right-click on the dock then go to dock settings->style->then choose black leopard from the dropdown box
