Excellent skin! Great job with adding all the icons, and icons that you didn't include I can easily make myself. I tweaked around the Dock.png and Separator and now it looks perfect with my new theme.

Hey bro, I don't even use RocketDock anymore but I check it every once in a while to see what new skins are out there. This is one of the cleanest I have seen in a while. Nice job. Check out some of my old skins. Some of them are good and some aren't but you can use them and change them if you want. Your style is a lot different though so you might not like them. Feel free to use anything of mine and build on it.
