Desktop wallpaper changer - VERSION 2

Heres version 2 for whoever is interested.

1. Now has an option to startup when windows starts.(option was available in version 1 but wasnt working)
2. Now has an "MSN" style popup welcome message at start up.
3. Saves settings from last time it was used.
4. It will now catch any errors and display a message letting you know what yove done wrong.So if you enter
500 as the number of images in your folder and you only have 20 it will let you know rather than crashing.
5 New quick select time interval options ( You can still manually set the interval if you wish)
6. The program will only open once , preventing multiple application running.
7. It will now randomly select wallpaper from the folder rather than having the same sequence over and over.
8. It will now minimize to the taskbar once you`ve select your options and click start.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas or if you come across any bugs.
