This will replace your default small black arrow indicator by a spider web.

There are five different colours so that you may choose the one which suits your skin the best.

Instructions: The zip file contains 5 folders(for different colours). Each folder contains a folder by the name DefaultIndicator. Choose the colour that you want and extract the corresponding DefaultIndicator folder to C:\Program Files\RocketDock\Defaults

I dont think you should have a problem then..
Try quitting rocketdock once before overwriting the file...
At what exact stage do you get the message??
Please tell me the steps you followed..
