A simple batch file based tool to save and change RocketDock set-ups or 'Themes'.

~ v2.1 update dec 31.07 - added short delay function to batch file. seems to help somewhat with docklets loading properly...
~ v2.2 update may 13.08 - minor tweaks to batch file functions, addition of more installation information to download package...
