This is how the animated icons works:

First get the docklet here:
http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=2074&libid=29
Then:
1. put folder "Animated Shortcut" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Docklets
2. then copy and paste the folder "Animated Icon" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Icons
3. copy and paste "An animated icon" icon to the folder "Animated Icon"
4.rightclick the dock and add Animated Shortcut
5.rightclick the new empty space on the dock / configure shortcut
6.set the image (navigate to "The name of the icon" in the Animated Icon folder)
7.set the path
If your icons disappear when you restart your PC, this is the solution:
This is due to Vista/7 security not letting RD write the docklet settings to Program Files. A quick fix would be to install RocketDock outside of "Program Files" like in C:\RocketDock...
So I close my Rocked Dock and I move the RD folder from the Program folder to C:\ -and it work.I make a new start and all my configure are not deleted.. :-)

Which Icon are trying to download?
Can you give me the alternate link that you offered to Rock_Star on October 17? I still get the same error message he/she got when I try to download this icon pack (12135966) from ziddu, but don't have problems downloading other icon packs of yours from ziddu.

Still doesn't work for me and apparently wasn't working for Rock_Star either. Who knows who else? Try to remember that I can download other icon packs of yours from Ziddu. Just because you can download this one doesn't mean everyone can. Have you talked to Ziddu about this?
I don't understand the problem. It works fine for me... maybe the site was down for a while.

OK, after my previous post, I went here:
http://www.ziddu.com/download/14995680/90Animatediconpack10ziddu.zip.html
and downloaded that iconpack with no problems! So there's something wrong with the ziddu link for this iconpack.
BTW, I *wasn't* logged in to ziddu for the 14995680 iconpack download and I couldn't download this iconpack (12135966) no matter whether I was logged in to ziddu or not.

But I *CAN'T download the iconpack.zip file from ziddu. :(
I've downloaded other iconpacks of yours from them, but this one gives an error message saying "Oops !! The requested URL was not found on this server !."
