Just a test combining Illustrator, Cinema 4D and Photoshop.

I managed to get rid of the background with a more professional method due the help of xylomon. Thanks

Love it! Maybe you could create a Sims 3 3D icon of the plumbob! With the 3D program you're using it would come out fantastic!

Ahah. That 'carefully cut the background' was that very thing i whanted to avoid xD. Xylomon showed me a way how to get rid of it now, i think hes the expert of C4D around here. xD

Thanks for your rating and comment. I apreciate your help, but my problem comes from Cinema4D. Because when i render the image it automatically makes a background, so when i put it into PS, the background is part of the image allready.

To get rid of backgrounds in PS, create an image with "Transparent" selected in "Background contents", as shown below.
