3 animated icons for Messenger:
- Blue and green candy
- Brush brass and nickel
- It's electric !
The animation are the same, just choose your finish.

It's in 3D, animation, shadows, reflections, rotations, etc.

This is how the animated icons works:

First get the docklet here:

http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=2074&libid=29

Then:

1. put folder "Animated Shortcut" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Docklets

2. then copy and paste the folder "Animated Icon" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Icons

3. copy and paste "An animated icon" icon to the folder "Animated Icon"

4.right click the dock and add Animated Shortcut

5.right click the new empty space on the dock / configure shortcut

6.set the image (navigate to "The name of the icon" in the Animated Icon folder)

7.set the path





If your icons disappear when you restart your PC, this is the solution:


At all with Vista/7 I contact PolyVector and get this answer:

This is due to Vista/7 security not letting RD write the docklet settings to Program Files. A quick fix would be to install RocketDock outside of "Program Files" like in C:\RocketDock...

So I close my Rocked Dock and I move the RD folder from the Program folder to C:\ -and it work.I make a new start and all my configure are not deleted.. :-)

nice work mate but i want ask if i missing some thing here or there is a problem with the animated files, there is (2) folders 1 called animated icon and the other STILL icon ,so i guess i need a dll which is not included so i need help with that plz thanks

Just extract anishortcut.dll to "\RocketDock\Docklets\Animated ShortCut". The images go, as other images, to "RocketDock\Icons" or a subfolder.

Then, right-click the dock, select "Add Item/Animated Shortcut", right-click on it and select "Configure Shortcut". Anytime you change the config you must right-click and select "toggle animation"

is it just me who can't install this? ... i cant find any of there elements that you mention! ... i downloaded the docklet on this site:

and in the zip there were 3 files. a readmne file, a globe.png, and anishortcut.dll.
what am i supposed to do with these? thanks!
