its quite hard compared to setting up other icons but you have to extact them to c: -> program files -> Rocket dock -> icons,, then right click on the recycling bin button on the dock,, hover over rocketdock... then icon sttings on the drop down box underneath the icons,, click the image for empty and full,, and your done Hope this helped!!!

Right click the Recycle Bin -> RocketDock -> Icon Settings. Then look above "Properties" (at the right) and you should see "Empty Recycle Bin". Change it to "Full Recycle Bin" and then change the icon."
