How do they change icons? If it's connected to a recycle bin feature and or a Folder Picture feature on a windows.

I wish rocketdock had a forum community, else I wouldn't be asking individual questions like this. :(
If I knew then I can make a regular folder which links too 2 different icons and have them change just like the recycle bin icons, I really dying for that feature. plz contact me or reply
