Script file to the shutdown dialogue box in Windows Vista. Unzip the shutdown.js file anywhere you like and make a shortcut, drag the shortcut to your dock.
The icon was found at mouserunner.com

Why just call it a "Vista Shut Down Menu" it works on every operating system. I currently use it on Windows 7 and Ubuntu. Also I use it on XP at work

HOW COME I HAVE TO KEEP THE EXMENU ICONS ON MY DESK TOP... IF I PUT THEM IN DOCKLETS FOLDER IT DOES'NT WORK....

Simple and nice. I didn't even know that dialogue box existed. I've only been aware of the flyout from the Start menu.
