Switcher is like Mac Expose. This triggers it from your dock.

I cant use it,it says I need to install 3d flip, I already downloaded it, and also I'm using Vista, but why it doesn't for me?? can you helpme on this thanks!!

Windows Vista already has 3D flip (with aero), you don't realy need that.

I'm on Vista and haven't tried it on XP, but Bao Nguyen's website says it requires Vista.

You first need to download and install Switcher.

It's free and works similarly to the Expose switcher on the Mac. The download link and how to put it on your dock are included in the zip.
