Toggle the taskbar with a hot corner

Sometimes I want the taskbar there, other times I don't. Autohiding the taskbar is annoying. It pops up every time you accidentally drift near the edge it's on. I want it either there and fixed in place, or not there at all. I use a dock as my launcher and the Windows 7 taskbar to show running apps and the tray, so I want it there quickly and easily but not annoyingly like autohide does.
This little technique uses a hot corner to, alternatively, pop up the taskbar fixed in place, and then hide it totally next time you hit the corner.
It uses some third party tools like the Aviassin TaskbarElimintor and Autohotkey. Quite complicated for quite a simple bit of functionality, I know, but if there is a tool out there that will do the job on its own, I'd be glad to hear of it.
To trigger it from your dock, follow the steps in the instructions in the zip first, then make a shortcut to the ToggleAll.vbs file and put it on your dock.
