Okay fellas if you have ever changed your icon pictures do the exact same thing with the png. file. Open rocket folder open his zip file take the file that says clockpng. and drag it to your icons folder in your rocket dock window. It will ask to replace, just click move but keep both files. Make sure you have a rocket dock clocklet on your dock already right click it go to icon settings and find the modern black clock. Click okay and your done. Its that easy.
