Forcing someone to make this to work would be a great way to torture them! I got this docklet "working" by copying the sysstats folder inside the docklets folder in the zip file to the ...\Program Files\RocketDock\Docklets folder and copying these 3 files: Hook.dll, SysStatsCOM.dll and avedesk_installer.xml to the RocketDock top level folder (...\Program Files\RocketDock).

The rest of Eztarget's instructions seem OK, *EXCEPT* there's no way an ordinary human being can get a decent-sized display of the weather info. No matter how you fool around with the Size and Configure/Scale settings, the info remains too small.

A good place to get your mumbo-jumbo weather code is http://www.edg3.co.uk/snippets/weather-location-codes/

I also got this weather docklet working in RocketDock: http://kwilliams.deviantart.com/art/SysStats-Weather-11867807
but had the same problem with the size--an ordinary human being CANNOT get the size adjusted to where the info is easily readable.

I know that Sysstats is really powerful and will let geeks create docklets for stuff like CPU temp, RAM usage, internet traffic speed, etc., but I'll be dipped in doggie doolies if I can figure out how to adjust the size of what you end up with to be readable without holding a magnifying glass over your display.

This is so strange... One day it stopped working. Just shows %s.

But when I click on it, Firefox opens to the weather site and goes to my City, like it always had.
Any ideas how to fix the icon?

Glad everyone is enjoying this. Once you get it running just mess with the font color and sizes. You can move the location around as well in the configuration area.

Thanks to EZtarget and julepe82 for getting us started. Here is a shortcut for EZtarget's method below.
1) Follow his first 10 steps.
2) If you put your cursor just under the temperature, it will turn into a plus sign. Left Click and enter your location. It should automatically update.
3)For some reason the place where it usually shows the city on mine just said %s, I must have accidentally clicked some setting when I was trying to get it to work. To fix this, I just right clicked on the docklet, went to configure..., Overlays tab, clicked on City, then Configure..., and in the Format field replaced the %s with my city.

You'll notice that by clicking on each of the labels in the Overlays tab, you can click the configure button to change colors and all sorts of things. This might help those of you who find it difficult to read.

By the way, if you click on the cloud/sun/whatever the weather is, it will open the weather.com site in your browser so you can get a 5-day forecast or anything else you need.

Those who are asking how to use:

Learn how to use these sites. Read all of the posts, maybe there were others with the same problem and it was answered.

I've explained it many times and others put it clear.

@Eztarget
That is brilliant! If it weren't for you, I would have NEVER gotten this damn thing working! :D

Now, all I have to do, is find a way to enlarge the docklet so I can actually see it.

Eztarget - thankx for the tutorial, never been able to get Aero Weather to work before now. I have it working now, but there is one problem, I can only see the current weather for my locale, the four day forecast is just blank. Any thoughts on that?
